Opt-In I agree and consent to the enrollment of my biometric templates. I agree and consent to the use of my biometrics solely for the purpose of authentication for access to certain areas and note that this will be stored inside of BioConnect Enterprise database, on servers hosted by my employer. I understand that I can delete these biometric templates at any time by expressly asking my employer.
